I found the agent to be polite, professional and extremely friendly. The community was beautiful with all of the latest and greatest amenities.

The community is fabulous. The only trouble with someone older renting is that there are no elevators. Older couples would have to be on the first floor. The amenities are wonderful, and the location could not be better.

This community is well maintained, and the apartments are a good size with modern appliances. It has curb appeal and looks like a good place to live with the modern business center. The leasing professional appeared sincere.

Because the physical location and no playground I did not get the sense that this community was children-friendly. Their physical location, built into the side of a ridge and hill, has an adult feel. I did not observe any areas that would be children-friendly.

The location was extremely well maintained. If I was in the need of an apartment I would definitely rent here.

This was not my cup of tea in terms of the outside appearance of the place, as the architectural style was drab. But the community center/club house was really gorgeous, as was the pool area. The gym was a good size. I would add more machines for those with injuries like me, but that is not a big deal. The apartment I saw was lovely. The lack of elevators or dumb waiters was a serious minus.

I was very impressed with this community. They provide very luxurious apartments with a lot of extras. The customer service that I received while I was at this property was excellent. I would definitely recommend this community because of the spacious apartments and how accessible the community is to the highway.

The community is well maintained and has an upscale presence. The clubhouse is in new condition and the amenities offer all that a resident would want. I was impressed when first driving into the community and during the tour. The apartments are bright and modern. They are clean and well maintained.

I have not seen any of the neighboring competition so it is difficult to say how this property compares to others. But as a stand alone assessment, I can say that it is a very well thought out community that adheres to very high standards.

This is a beautiful community and I would recommend it to friends.

Expensive.The tenant below cooks and smokes and the smell gets into my apartment.

They are convenient, clean and modern

This community offers some spectacular amenities at no additional cost. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the poolside boasts new furnishings. During my visit, I was made to feel as if I would truly belong.

It's like living in a mountain resort.
