There are better values and newer buildings in the area with better amenities and management.

I really like the space, but would temper any recommendations by the value discussion--again, for the rent I pay, I do expect other tenants to treat the space respectfully and not trash it; I also would like to see more availability of the staff for the money I pay (comparable places have staff on weekends or available 24/7 for emergencies/lockouts).

Even thought my apartments have some negatives, it has very positives as well.

The complex has very nice apartments but is low on amenities. The person would have to not want a lot of amenities here. The price is also on the high side, a different complex would be cheaper. It depends on what they value.

The associate that I spoke with was very knowledgeable and personable. She seemed to feel bad that she had nothing for me to view at the present time.

My impression of the community was that it was nice for being in an urban setting. The buildings and grounds were clean and neat. The leasing professional was natural and engaging.

I was extremely impressed with the community and the modern and contemporary uniqueness of the apartment we viewed. I have never seen more of a unique space and floor plan setting. It was not cookie cut like most apartments.

I found the community to be lacking. I wished it had a pool, the business center was minuscule, and the gym was adequate but had no yoga room. There was no community area. I thought the price was very high. The only justification for this, I thought, was its proximity to the city. The leasing professional was likable but did not go into detail about either the features or the benefits of the community. I would not recommend this community.

It is a great location within walking distance to three Redline stations. There is no signage. I had passed the place twice before finding it. There is no pool.

The community had a lovely updated fitness center and a very small clubroom. Those were the only two amenities. The apartment was very spacious for the money. The community was in a great location, near public transportation and lots of shopping and restaurants.

The apartments are LEED certified and in a lovely residential area. The apartments are small but within easy access to shopping and public transportation.

The rent for a one bedroom with no utilities included was a little high. There were not a lot of amenities.
