Hard to recommend when units are constantly filled

Very very little storage, maintenance is satisfactory but things take a lot of time.

The property was in a quiet neighborhood near businesses and transportation. It was presented as an attractive place to live.

It is certainly comfortable! And if you're like and don't own a car, it's highly accommodating because of its location 10-15 minute walk to the T and commuter rail

I arrived at the location and was asked if I would like a coffee or water. The leasing agent treated me very well. I took a comprehensive tour of the community and saw all the nice amenities. I loved the outdoor hammocks a lot. The neighborhood was very homey and close to Harvard University. I highly recommend it.

It's nice but too expensive for most of my friends.

The community was nice but I did not see an apartment. The staff was nice and welcoming.

The agent was engaging and friendly. He made me feel at home and had all positive remarks. I would highly recommend the agent even if I did not want to live there because he knew the property quite well and understood my needs.

I enjoy leaving at the Wyeth. In fact, I inquired just last week about any open units because I thought a friend would like it as mush as I do.

My perceptions of the community were that it was still improving. They were in be a decent place for someone who wanted the proximity it offered to the school area.

Rent doesn't reflect market rates.

The staff was super friendly and explained a lot to me. The agent showed me everything. The community was a nice, quiet area.

We have a loud neighbor who is constantly smoking cigarettes and making noise either by letting his dogs bark out of control or by playing loud music early in the morning or late at night.

I enjoyed the agent's calm and friendly personality. He found the perfect apartment for me.

I would lease at this community, due to location and the quality of the amenities on-site. There were however little things of note that kept the property from getting a meticulous rating in my mind. The clothing rods in the bedroom closets were peeling. The doors in the hallway were overly scuffed from people using their feet to open them, so that did not feel like a pristine community. It was a clean community, but pristine no. However the lawn, the kindness of the leasing agent and the beauty of the outdoor space and personal patio would lead me to lease there.
