This community is very small and has limited amenities. It does have a fitness center. The best thing about it is the location that is very near shopping, restaurants and major highways.

The Wyeth has a lot going for it. I enjoy the other residents in my building. I do suspect that the living experience is based on individual engagement. We take pride in where we live and want it to be a good experience, not only for ourselves, but for the community as a whole.

I loved the apartment that I toured and the parking was fine. The price was a little high and there were other properties out there that offered more.

My first impression of the community was great. The exterior was well maintained and very appealing, as was the interior of the apartments. Some of the amenities were above what I expected such as the electric car charger, bikes available for rent and solar panels supplementing electricity intake. A few small details were less impressive. For instance, the layout of the apartment was modern and open. The features indicated a high-end property. There were high-quality appliances and tiles in the bathroom. However, the wooden floors were scratched and the shower fixtures pre-fab. With that said, I could see myself living there comfortably. The staff was personable, helpful, and perceptive to residents' needs.

The community was decent but nothing stood out. The community was in a good location, but the rental rate seemed high for what was offered.

The agent did a great job creating an urgency. He did not offer any written documentation however. It would have been helpful to have a written quote in hand, together with floor plans. He gave me a card, but said he had not received his own yet. He took another agent's card and wrote his name on the card.

This is a very centrally located community with easy and near access to shopping malls, movie theaters, restaurants and a very large T station.

I would recommend this apartment based on the pet-friendly policy, the in-unit washer/dryer, the proximity to Davis/Porter, and the prompt maintenance/facilities management (e.g. snow removal). I do not think that the 'community amenities' would be worth recommending; if someone was looking for more of a 'community' I would suggest they try a different complex.
