We can’t recommend the Wyeth enough. The apartments are highest quality and beautiful. The grounds are very attractive and well kept. The building of neighbors is a real community. The gym is terrific. The management of the Wyeth is very well done—the front office is very warm and welcoming, rarely do we have anything that needs repair but when we do it’s taken care of promptly. We love the Wyeth and felt very lucky that we found the perfect place for our family.

The apartment is very modern spacious and lovely. The kitchen is big enough to cook in and the amenities in the apartment are good. The gym is big enough and the equipment is in good working order. The complex is convenient to Harvard square and there are little shops in the neighborhood.

The leasing agent was very knowledgeable and had comfortable approach to conveying information about the property. There was, unfortunately, no apartments available for me to see. My tour was limited to views of the amenities located in the leasing office and outside. Overall, and sight unseen when it comes to the apartment, I would be agreeable to consider leasing an apartment if asked.

It's too expensive to foster a true community experience.

I like how the community was built, the design, the landscape and the outdoor sitting area. Even though I did not get a chance to see the inside of the apartment, but based on the picture and the outside. Plus the leasing agent was courteous and professional. As a real customer, I would considering leasing at this community. I think it would be a great place to live.

This community is wonderful with lots of places to walk with stores and restaurants. It is a small community which is a big plus. They are a Green community and have a wonderful property managing community which is always on top of everything, inside and out.

While I've enjoyed living at the Wyeth ALL of my friends, family, and co-workers who have visited have been aghast at how much we pay for rent. I think they would enjoy the living experience, but not the high price tag.

The community was well maintained and the leasing agent was fantastic to work with. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

I liked the idea of the community being environmentally friendly. The hammocks were a nice touch. I thought it was great that they had chargers for electric vehicles. I was impressed by the fact that they had organic fruit delivered to the community room. I thought the price of the apartment was excessively high. I would have liked there to have been some rental incentive.

I enjoyed my experience in the community very much. The neighborhood was quiet and intimate located in a very convenient location. The staff made me feel welcomed and appeared genuinely caring about meeting my needs.

I like much about it, but there needs to be more done to have the residents respect the trash/recycle situation which is often out of control. And, there needs to be a email list share for the residents to communicate.

The community was very nice and well mainatined. I would recommend to family and friends.
