very helpful staff

I have been living at the Vilas at old Condord since 2009, and it has been a very lovely place to live. Although sometimes, there will be a "not so nice neighbor" or two- the staff is very professional, and certainly work very hard at keeping up with everybody's needs.

The property presents very well. The staging was creative in the apartment. All public areas were clean and well groomed. The apartment was clean and fresh. The carpet could stand an upgrade; it was otherwise lovely.

The feeling of this community is warm and inviting. Apartment is not a word I would use to describe this community; home is definitely the feeling here.

This property is a commuters dream, directly off Rt. 3 and half-way between Nashua and Boston. Clubhouse amenities are great, can't wait to have friends over and use the movie theater in the club house! The grounds and pool area are very inviting. One feature that I found to be unique compared to other complex that I looked at was that most of the units had and outdoor balcony or covered patio and computer/library nooks, which are very cool. Also impressive were the high ceilings, never seen ceilings so high in an apartment.

I think it is convient to everything, It is well maintained, maintenance staff is awesone and the office staff is great, I put a 3 for hiow well I can hear my neighbors because I can hear everything above me. The are very heavy on there feet and they also have kids. One night iI even had a picure come off the wall from the children jumping. I did go upstairs and mentioned it to them and the jumping did siop. I do not hear anything on the sides of me or from under me, just above and it is not something that is unbearable. have to expect some noise in apartments.
I do have one issue that I am upset with. I have been on the list for an afforable unit for sometime. I have always been told that I was moving up. I was at the office the other day and when I asked I was told I wasn't even on the list. I moved in here in April and I was put on the list then, in October I am not on the list.. I had been on prior to that but in April my name didn't appear on the list then either. All in all I have been in the list for about 3 years, I was called once but at that time I had a very sick parent and could not make the move, I was put back on the bottom at that time. That was about 2.5 years ago I don't know what is going on with the list or what keeps happening to my name!

The community is beautiful, but the presentation by the sales associate left it lacking in appeal.

I would recommend the property because it was well maintained, and the amenities were attractive and enticing. The pricing is comparable to similar properties. The leasing agent was friendly, informative and comfortable to be around.

It was a very nice community. It has a wonderful lay out. The leasing professional was excellent.

The community offered a beautiful country setting with modern amenities and spacious apartments.

Felt that the community was over priced. I did not feel the leasing professional conveyed a very warm environment.

I was very impressed with the community. The amenities are amazing. They have everything that one would want while living there. The movie theater is a plus. The pool was very inviting, and the landscaping lovely.

I love this apartment community. It is well-maintained and has a lot of amenities. There is plenty of parking as well. The apartment homes look brand new and are not cookie-cutter like a lot of the places I have seen. It really is gorgeous.

The apartment and the community represented a very good value for the price. The geograhical location for commuting in the area to the North and West of Boston seems excellent.
