The overall perceptions of the community was that it was quiet and well maintained. There was a large gate in the front that was very appealing. It was close to shopping centers and restaurants. This community was nestled in a quiet neighborhood. I would likely recommend people to go visit the community.

I felt the community was top notch and in great condition. I loved the amenities and the apartment. The indoor movie room was my favorite. The customer service experience was excellent, thorough and I felt she really was interested in my needs. I recommend this community to be one of the best I visited.

This community was well maintained. Both exterior and interior were free of debris. It was well manicured.

Compared to other properties close by, this community exemplifies luxury living. The floor plan provided a more home-like feeling than that of your typical apartment. The amenities were excellent. In addition, the property was conveniently located to major highways and shopping.

I thought the property was terrific. The apartment that I viewed was spacious and very well appointed, with an excellent kitchen and lots of natural light. The leasing professional did an outstanding job. She made me feel valued and comfortable. She provided me with everything I needed, from demonstrating the property and the apartment to giving me all the information I needed to make a decision about leasing.

The property was maintained very well and clearly a newer property. They were up to date with technology to make living here easy.

It's a bit expensive for what you get. For a one bedroom apartment, you really shouldn't be paying more than $1300. Also, other than one of the staff members at the front desk, some of the people aren't very courteous. I remember when I first walked in to look at apartments, the woman at the front desk didn't even stand to greet me, or even offer me a seat to sit down. I was literally standing there talking to her the whole time while she was on the computer.

Always, offer the individual a seat to sit down.

It would also be helpful if the Villas send reminder letters and/or emails about when our lease is over, and give us the choice of renewing or stopping the lease.

The one thing that's been really good however, is the maintenance staff. They are always timely, and very helpful. They even give you follow up phone calls to make sure everything worked out fine.

Good value for the money, good location, maintenance issues are not necessarily top-notch.
