Amenities are excellent, thought some buildings are less full than others. I'd like to meet some of my neighbors i've lived here for three months and know none of them

This was a nice property. It was neat, clean and well maintained. It had the look of a well managed apartment community. The leasing professional did her job completely and well. She gave me all the information I needed, and showed me around in such a way that the property appeared in its best light. I thought the amenities were good and what I expected for a property of that type and price range. The location was really excellent and right off the highway. Downtown was just a short drive away. I also thought the apartment was spacious and had some nice touches. The computer area was small, but serviceable. The appliances were modern and clean, and the large walk-in closet was a plus.

The community is great. High ceiling and good appliances. However noise insulation between floors is not good, I often hear someone running or jumping in apartment on top of mine but this is just in comparison to Ukraine where all buildings are entirely made of concrete, maybe Villas is very good in comparison to other multi-floor condos in US .
The maintenance services are great, the broken heater has been replaced the same day I made a call to the office about its failure. Landscaping outside is constantly taken care off. Looks beautiful all the time.
Parking spot is always available, except during frequent snowstorms periods in winter February . When its hard to get huge piles of snow away, out of the gated area, but it is noticeable that crews are working hard to accomplish the task ASAP but using noisy snowblowers at 3 00AM is probably too much .

We are here for almost 8 years and the only reason we are considering to move out- we need a bigger place for reasonable price we are looking for 3 bed 2 bath now . Management , maintenance, overall quality is good. All maintenance requested always addressed in timely manner.

I felt that the rent was a bit high considering other area options for the amenities, although I could see that it would be a great place to live.

When I toured the apartment, I was surprised to find everything that it had to offer. It was almost like living at home but on a smaller scale. There were little extras that you would not usually find in an apartment. The grounds were well kept and I was very surprised how quiet it was because it was directly off a main road. I felt very comfortable there.

Overall the experience is nice. I wouldn't really have anything to complain about. If the price is right for you, then there is nothing else that could be wrong.

The leasing agent did not make me feel entirely welcome and did not present the community and apartment in a pleasing fashion. The exterior and interior of the community were in great shape. I thought the community was an average value. I am not sure if I would have recommended the property.

I have no doubt that I would enjoy living at this community. I loved the idea that security is taken very seriously, as demonstrated by their locking the entry gates every evening and allowing entry only with a key fob. It was difficult to tell what the grounds looked like, because of the snow. The buildings looked to be in excellent condition and when we toured the model, the hallway to it was extremely quiet. The amenities included with the rent were inviting. There was a fitness room, gorgeous clubhouse, theater for wide-screen TV or video use, and a business center. I was shown the pool area outside the clubhouse, but of course everything was covered with snow. It had a showering station, which I have not seen elsewhere. The model apartment I was shown was a delight. It was spacious, full of light and had a separate dining and living area. I also very much liked the half-arched doorways throughout the apartment and the building itself. The office nook was absolutely perfect for setting up a computer or working on a project. My favorite of all was the small extension off of the master bedroom, which would be used as a reading/sun room. I quite honestly fell in love with the place, and would encourage anyone in the market for a lovely apartment to make a visit to this community.

The community was a nice quality for the price and the grounds were well maintained.

As a real leasing customer, I would have been slightly frustrated trying to find the leasing office. There was only one sign as I entered directing me to the left for the leasing office. After I took that left I was on my own. The associate that conducted the on-site tour was very knowledgeable and competent. He demonstrated and explained the property in a very competent manner.

The apartments had very nice architectural details. The amenities of the community were very nice and included a movie theater, which could be rented for private parties.

The community was adequate, it was ordinary and what I would expect from a community like this. However, the price seemed a little high.

The moment I entered this community I knew something was different about it. The model two bedroom, two bath I toured was spectacular. Spacious, unique, and beautifully furnished. The grounds were obviously very well maintained and the amenities were many.

This community is just beautiful and has everything that a tenant would want. The amenities are fabulous, and the apartments are very large with patio attached. The value is exceptional.
