The community is situated in a highly desirable area of downtown Chicago right by the lake front and Michigan avenue shopping and Lake Shore Drive. The community amenities were attractive, current and well maintained. The apartment layout offered flexibility for furniture placement. Additionally, there the building offered great views of the lake front and city.

The property itself is fabulous. The amenities are more than I expected. You almost do not need someone to sell the property.

The leasing agent was enthusiastic about the community. The model apartment was tastefully decorated and very spacious. The amenities floor looked very comfortable and peaceful. It would be a great place to relax. The location is perfect. The views are great, and there is almost everything that I would want in the neighborhood or within walking distance.

I would tell them that the only thing keeping this building from going vacant is its location. The new apartments appear nice until you move in and realize everything new is beyond cheap including all fake laminant flooring. The is major cockroach problem and I am on the 27th floor. I have woken up to cockroaches the size of mice running on my ceilings. My biggest issue is that I was promised a renovated gym, pool and laundry room when I signed my lease. It has been 6 months and the gym and laundry room were just completed. I feel I was continually mislead on completion dates of these as well.

I like it, though right now it is a mess with all the construction.

The community amenities were highly exceptional and remarkable. The upkeep of the property was sound and impeccable. The leasing professional came across as mechanical. The level of engagement by the leasing professional was hospitable and pleasant. His attempt to relate the home to my needs and interests was adequate. The way the home and community were presented by the leasing professional was dull and boring. Based on my experience, the thought of calling this community home was comforting. The property value was a great bang for the buck. I envision the quality of life here based on the amenities and features offered as astonishing and portentous. Based on the experience, the likelihood I would recommend the apartment community to family and friends is absolutely.

I appreciated the leasing agent's enthusiasm for the property. There seemed to be a great deal of pride taken in the modernization of the apartments and the amenities. The leasing agent made the prospect of calling this property home very appealing.

This is a beautiful community that is all newly renovated. The community has a doorman, a free business center and indoor pool. There is a restaurant on the first level that gives you 25 percent off your bill. The community is in an excellent location to the lake, shopping and the movie theater!

My experience was awesome. Right from the beginning when I entered and met the staff, I realized that the management was serious and sincere in making a positive and professional relationship with their clients.

I was impressed with the building and staff. Everyone was very professional. I was very impressed with the agent and how she responded to objections that I had. This is a wonderful building, The location is ideal. I would readily live there for the money and amenities.
