I really like living here

I think this is one of the best locations to live. The building is nice, the apartments are great, spacious with amazing views. The front door staff is very nice. This is the best location bc it is so close to everything yet it can also be quiet when you need it to be.

Great except for the business center

Everything is great, except the computers are connected to the printer in the business center about 1/3 of the time. Just often enough to hope it ll work, but I m usually disappointed. As a student, it s very frustrating. I ve let the leasing office know several times and they always say they re waiting on the IT department (based in Texas maybe?). Don t really get why they need IT, or why IT won t give them the admin password--if I had it, I could probably connect the printer to the computers in 5 minutes. Seems like a very simple problem that no one cares to fix. Overall I would give 4.3/5, but it s not an insignificant inconvenience.

Love, Love, Love!

Fantastic building, friendly people, gorgeous views from every apartment. I have been here for 5 years now and wouldn t think of moving.

Overall great place

Overall great place to live for an older building in downtown Chicago. Staff very friendly and helpful. Dog-friendly. Like that events/parties are organized by the building. Amenities nice.
Some of the residents and their guests are obnoxious (especially the anti-canine residents who forget that they live in a dog-friendly building on other hand, many friendly guests, who like dogs), but this is a problem that exists everywhere in the world.
My biggest complaint about building is the level of heat that is maintained here during fall/winter/early spring. Of course it needs to be heated when it s cold outside, but I feel that it s way overcompensated. Not sure if it s to prevent pipes from breaking? Nonetheless, I keep my windows open during these seasons to allow cold air in.
Would also be nice to have more electrical outlets in the study/computer room on 8th floor (for use of laptops, etc). Last thing which is not controlled by building, but I feel that cars consistently never stop at the 4way stop sign intersection at N. McClurg and Water. Would be nice if Cityfront city could put up sign emphasizing need to fully stop, given residential area.

The building location is very appealing and right in the heart of the city, between the lake and river. The amenities were extremely impressive and seemed to create a real sense of community for the building.

Overall my visit to this property was a positive one. My agent was professional. The building itself was clean and in meticulous order. The amenities at this property were very nice. There was a pool, the business center, the community room, the deck with its stunning views and the fitness center. I would easily recommend this facility to anyone, because it was a top notch community and property. My only problem was not having a washer/dryer in the apartment.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the high-end kitchen and bathroom upgrades, fixtures, and lighting details. This building offered amenities overload! I was impressed with the year round pool, community room, conference room, yoga and fitness equipment, and outdoor space for summer. Also I saw the visibility of the maintenance team and the pristine environment.

My overall visit was an was an above average experience. The associate asked questions that really mattered and responded as needed to my questions. The community itself was very well maintained and a beautiful sight to see.

To say that I was impressed would be inadequate. The word "Excellent" would actually describe my feelings about the building itself and the amenities. The building was well maintained. The layout and features of the apartments was nice. There were views of the river, the lake and the surrounding area.

I was very impressed with the community. It provides excellent value for the service. It is also close to public transit, restaurants and shopping on Michigan Ave. I would recommend this building to family or friends looking for an apartment in the downtown Chicago area.

The community was clean and seems to be a good place to live. I prefer my washer/dryer inside my apartment, but the view was very appealing and the staff was very friendly to me.

After seeing the one bedroom model, I envisioned myself living in a two bedroom overlooking the Chicago River, Lake Michigan, and Navy Pier. I dreamed of what my summer days and nights would be like on one of the many patios grilling and entertaining guests. This property had everything I could ever imagine for myself and lots more. Definitely worth the price.

The community was a beautifully maintained property in the heart of the city.

I found the amenities to be average compared to other communities in this price range. The apartments were nicely appointed and spacious. The best selling feature was the view of the Chicago River and the Riverwalk about fifty feet away from the front door. The leasing agent was friendly and professional.
