Parking has been extremely difficult the last two months or so. This is a big negative. Depending on what rate you offer when I renew will determine whether I would recommend this community.
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback about your apartment home and thank you for your valuable comments! My hope is that we continue to not only meet your expectations, but that we make your experience here absolutely outstanding.

We are working with our Courtesy Officer to help with the parking, as well, we are ordering new car decals for our residents. This will help in continuing to improve our services to our valued residents, like yourself.

The space is nice, but the lack of prompt maintenance and the lack of any notice of mail packages delivered to the office are significant issues for me. I consider notice of packages and reasonable maintenance basic services when leasing an apartment and do not feel that the complex provides these adequately or at all.

I enjoyed the tour of the community. The leasing professional was genuine and friendly. She was eager to help me locate an apartment. The grounds of the community were clean and debris free. The amenities were clean and maintained for use. Even with the upgrading that was taken place, the leasing professional was able to convey the overall apartment features and benefits.
