The type of people living in this community have gone down hill since I moved in three years ago. I have to go to a neighbors pool on the weekends because there is nothing but rap music blaring and kids running around at the pool.

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and polite and very professional. Even though the community was currently still going through renovations and upgrades there were not much visible signs of it by way of debris and trash. The grounds were still in clean and presentable condition.

The property is noisy. The parking situation for guest is unacceptable. My guest was booted because he parked in residential parking because no spaces available in guest. I complained and forwarded photos to leasing manager showing no spaces. I never received a response. Also, whenever I call the office no one answers.

I liked the property. I liked that the property was gated and small. The amenities were nice considering the size of the community. I did not like seeing the disabled vehicles, it made the property a little less desirable for me. I liked that the fitness center was 24 hours. I also liked that community events were held to bring a sense of community. I did not like that the top left drawer in the bathroom was broken, that did not leave a favorable impression.

The nice, tucked away community provided a respite from the hustle and bustle of the city while being in the middle of the action. Nestled between apartment rows, housing developments and single family homes, it was an oasis in the middle of the city.
