Not satisfied with things not getting done! I've been a resident going on three years now and I'm still hearing the same empty promises made my the management office time and time again in regards to common area cleanliness. The passageways and staircases are constantly dirty.It is very obvious that there is no daily or even weekly cleaning being done.
We have had an industrial sweeper on backorder for a while. We are hiring outside help to clean the breezeways once the inclement weather is over.

I feel safe and a security officer is on my floor and has responded to my complaints quickly. Excellent job to this DeKalb County Officer who partners and serves his community with great character.

1.Numbers on the levels inside the garge would be nice so the resident will know what floor they are walking into when walking thru a door
2. key entry and exit on the garage gate would also prevent other cars from following cars in because they won't have a way to get out unless they have a key

What a great idea! While we are getting our breezeways cleaned and painted, I will reach out to get numbers painted on this inside of our gargaes. You will see new speed bumps placed accordingly to help prevent cars from following other cars in through the garage gate.

The apartment hallways were kept up better with the old management. I also feel that the overall rent is too high compared to apartments inside perimeter as well as the aminity value.I called again. The neighbors aren't too friendly!!!

For location and cost I would recommend. The balance between value and amenities is quickly dwindling. For amenities I would not recommend this community.

As Spring approaches us, you will see we will be adding new pool furniture at the pool, new furniture and paint in the recreation room and a fresh new paint color in the fitness center.
Purchasing the community in the late fall has delayed us from moving full steam ahead on all the great ideas and projects we have coming.

I work from home 3-4 times a week and I don't believe there's any kind of sound proofing in the walls so I can hear work being done outside as if I were on the balcony. I chose a top unit because I didn't want to have to deal with noise from the folks above me but the choice of wood floors is taken away by being on a top unit. The people that I know are very particular about these things and wouldn't be interested in living here.
