Before the staff changed, j actually had referred someone. But now, I would warn against moving here unless they knew the pros and cons first.

I moved in a week ago and I must say when I first came to check out the place I was impress with the leasing staff they were very professional and kind I'm excited with my new home I absolutely love it . The community is quite and safe but the I inside is modern spacious and plenty of closet space the bathroom has carmel color tile huge mirror Victorian cabinetry tropical brown granite hardwood flooring nice size kitchen and living room and walk in closet bedrom washer and dryer in unit and a balcony provides great sun light I definitely will recommend to a friend Very PLEASED Thanks Resa and Ginayou guys are AWESOME

I Have been here for over three years things have changed in the time I was here in the beginning till now, Things have been rough last 5 months but I can see the property going back to the way it use to be. The new management staff has come in and really listen to the current residents and they have also started to get rid of the rift, raft that moved in before, This is a great apartment complex and it is in and excellent locations . And minutes away from everything, I love it here and plan on staying here till I move into a house,

Maintenance is always timely and effective. Leasing office are always kind and willing to help when needed. I reall enjoy living here. Great amenities and love the kitchens!

Clean, quiet, beautiful and safe... All elements that provide an ideal living experience. Definitely worth every penny...... Love it!

I moved in a few months ago and I love living here so far. Its convenient to everything in Atlanta and plenty of local places to go. To top it off, the office staff is amazing, its hard to fine such a giving, caring staff who knows everyone b by name. The best part is they actually live here too. I see one of the staff members often as she is my neighbor, GIna and every time I bump into her she is always as pleasant as she is in the office (always with a smile). The amenities are always clean and neat. The maintenance staff is quick and nice too... IF you don't like it here then move out.

Better class of apartment building and very convenient neighborhood

The common areas are not well kept. There is dog mess all around on the outside. The hallways are often littered and the concrete and elevator floors are dirty.

I have lived here for almost a year. I have enjoyed my apartment in regard to size and amenities. However, walls are thin! I feel bad if I have company as everything can be heard (and same for neighbor!). My biggest complaint is the FIRE ALARM. In the last week it has gone off so many times that I'm ignoring it - so far they have all been false alarms. The alarm is so loud it literally hurts my ears - and don't think about going into the hallway as it is twice as loud. I am writing this at 1:15am - because the alarm went off again. I am not renewing my lease. The management is kind and will respond promptly, but it doesn't fix the problem as they say they will. So far the response is the fire alarms are very sensitive - if someone smokes in the hallway (not allowed) they go off. This I understand. But so sensitive that when they clean the hallway the dust sets off the alarm according to management - does this make sense? So all the kind talk and explanations aren't enough to keep me here.

Overall i have found it to be a safe place to live and most convenient

I think it is slightly pricy especially given its location.
