Not sure rent amount is equal to the value

The community is safe; the apartments are nice
More communication regarding parking, amenities, trash pick-up, etc would be beneficial to new and old residents; perhaps maps to show residents where things are located. It would also be nice to have recycle bins on more parking levels than the first level.

I would recommend this community because of secured apartments and secured parking garage, friendly office personnel, and easy access to interstate.

This is by far the worst property that I have ever lived in. Management is subpar and make lots of unfulfilled promises. I have only lived here since Feb 2014 and am already on the second property manager. Residents have no respect for living here as the garage and hallways ALWAYS have trash in them! They don't enforce rules so people basically do whatever they want! Lastly my car was damaged by a improperly functioning gate and I was told by the leading agent to get a quote to repair my car. When presenting the quote to the property manager I was told thaythey are not responsible for the garage due to the malfunctioning gate! Please save yourself a headache and look else where!!

During a tour I was was wowed by the updated features in the apartment and the location! However, I am concerned about the cleanliness factor (or lack thereof) I see written in the previous reviews. For the price of these apartments, that should definitely be a priority, CONSISTENTLY. However, it did seem "okay" from a visitor's perspective.

Safety of the residents was a thought as I walked through the darkened parking lot with the leasing agent. It did not appear to be very well lit. Is this a gated community? Hopefully full access is only granted to the residents.

The grounds were lovely other than the lackluster grass area, which needed a little TLC or some new lawn patches. The pool looked clear and refreshing and the lounging areas were inviting!

I hope that the tenants here are held to a certain standard in regards to leasing.Some types of people (people lacking respect for neighbors) can make or break a living experience. It does appear to be a rather diverse community and I am very interested in living here if these things are in place or improve. We'll see!!!

i would because location and facilities are good but the noise you hear from your neighbors are just too much

I loved the property. Everything was so beautiful and I would recommend this property to my family and friends.

Upon first glance the apartments are seemingly nice and well kept. However, the management within this community is decidedly lacking in customer service skills. Recently, I experienced a problem with the company in regards to rent payment options and was greeted with condescension and admonishing remarks bout needing to fall in line with newly established community guidelines. It will take a lot more than happy hours and superficial discussions in order to justify living in this 'luxury' community. Why pay more for subpar service?

I would recommend these apartments because of their quality and the security.

The apartment need to work on keeping the common area cleaned the garage and the hallways are always dirty. I understand it's the residents responsibility as well. But if the hallways were painted and upkept it would help with the appearance of the community.

The community was very desirable. The amenities were large and up to date. The apartment was very large and a great value for the price. It was a must see community.

at this moment i would say no. it has been almost two years since i moved in. never i have thought about moving (i hate moving) until now. the quality of the residents seems to be heading south in a bad way. the office manager said your qualifications are better than the last group. however, the folks i have seen move in here over the past month or two as a little...well not sure what to say!!!! the loud music, the speeding through the parking deck, extra loud conversations in the court yards, vehicles parked in two spaces. allowing dogs to poop in unathorized areas and not cleaning...very sad. i must say congrats for removing the abandon cars.
