This was a really beautiful community and I definitely would love to live there. The agents that work there were very nice and friendly. The amenities were spectacular and the price was not to bad for what they had to offer. I i loved it. It is a luxury apartment, and the grounds looked well maintained and well taken care of.

I have been living at Cumberland Park Apartments for over one year now. There are always going to be problems when you live in an apartment complex. I live in a 1 x 1 apartment with a solarium. The apartment is very spacious, since it is just me living there. The only problem that I have is that, there are NO PARKING SPOTS. The maintence team is very good and everything that I have requested to be done, gets done that day or the next. The office staff can be a little bit more helpful to the residents. They sometimes do make wise comments when asking a question about the development. The pools are great and their is always room to lay out on the weekends. There are three problems that I have, there are NO PARKING SPOTS, i dont think that trash should be a mandatory thing and construction seems to be taking forever.

Cumberland Park is a great place to live, everyone that I have met in the complex is very friendly. They just recently started having gatherings by the pools since it is getting nice out and it gets everyone that lives in the development to get to know each other.

Very nice looking community, undergoing extreme renovations. There was a first class feel to the office and clubhouse.

It is a safe neighborhood with really good amenitites and the apartments are beautiful inside

I would tell them that we love living here. It's quiet, things get taken care of almost immediately. The pools are always refreshing and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is just about perfect.

camberland park its a nice community that u can find so try it

The apartments are very expensive for what you get and it makes me want to review the definition of luxury. I am very surprised the apartments are tagged as luxury apartments. Cramped storage. It requires you to get very creative as the design does not aid to function well. We have had many maintenance calls within our first week. Quality build does not seem to be found here.

The staff has been very nice. If anything, they have been the best thing so far.

I am constantly being reminded how much more space and storage and ease we had at our previous apartments and how much more we are paying for this apartment which is smaller and less efficiently and effectively built for the tenant (instead of for ease of build).

I love living here but there is horrible parking and the maintence response time is the worst I have ever dealt with in any complex I have lived in. Everything is beautiful and the office staff are very friendly.

From the office staff,which is the first impression you get,you already feel at home. The neighborhood always clean,the atmosphere is relaxed and the amenities I just have to say "wow" to mention few,every Thursday, movie night or and the wonderful Saturday once a month "BRUNCH"

it's really nice and most people I've met are friendly. easy access to the pools and friendly staff. only complaints are parking and bugs once in a while.
