Nice, comfortable, pricey the above neighbors are noisy. All in all apartment living.

Cumberland apartments is an excellent community with great people and safe neighborhood.
Office staff help and respond for any issue in no time.

We can always hear the people above us. They're pretty loud. Regularly checking the Air filter would be good too.

Cumberland is a nice quiet neighborhood with a friendly people and a wonderful staff. They host lots of events and seem to actually care about the property and people. The location is great its far enough removed that its peaceful but not to far to get to basically anything. Only thing is I wish it had a slightly bigger parking lot, but other than that best place I have lived in FL.

I love living here It's a beautiful property with friendly neighbors and staff. They also host great community events. The only downfall is parking. If you come home late in the evening intend on parking pretty far from your unit.

Love it here, nice apartment and grounds. Pretty quiet and plenty of places to walk my dog.

You pay for location ONLY , been here since June 2013 no apprecation , no costumer service , cant wait for Decembre to get out of here

This is an attractive community in a great location. It has loads of amenities. The apartment viewed was spacious and nicely laid out with a lot of storage.

What an awsome group of guys, would recomend 100% Nick or Kaley to all my friends an relatives... Always greet you with a smile and a warm welcoming....

The property was really nice and up to date, but I would not live there. The staff was not very personable and there was not a wow factor.
