I enjoy living here. It's comfortable, safe, and it feels like home.

Under Renvovations but it's all about keeping updated for the renters. Purchase a Garage it's worth it. I like the fact that they are ADA Compliant. Patio's are screened in. If I were just thinking of moving in I would want to know the construction schedule and the substanial completion date on any building I was looking at to rent. If the crazt Florida weather acts up construction delay's do happen. I would take the ones that have been almost completed or started by don't view the construction compound. It looks like it will be there a while.
Great size places, nice kitchen counters, Take the back bedroom since the first one you can't ever figure out the light swtiches going in from front door or from the bedroom that it is for. Then they flip flop so you can't use the same one for closet that you used for the bathroom. (Arch - poor design) Overall I would live here again but pick the water view. Landscaping is Beautiful but the Construction has effected it at areas they are working.

I would tell them that it is a great place to live. The staff is very nice, the apartments are luxurious ,and the neighborhood is quiet.

The apartment homes are super nice. The amenities are super nice (it'd be nice to sit in the hot tub when I get back from work at 2AM, as I'm a responsbile and courteous adult, but I understand why that's not possible given past abuse). The maintenance guys are absolutely fantastic; if I have an issue, more often than not it's fixed before I even have time to tell my roomate (that makes a difference, enough of one that I remembered their names - thank you Javier and Luis). I'm not happy about the parking availability. It's ridiculous to get home and have to park 1/4 of a mile away from my apartment home due to all of the unauthorized, non-stickered cars on the lot. Add to that all the cars that are clearly parked in unauthorized zones, making maneuvering more difficult on all of us that choose to abide by policy, and it's all the more frustrating. Management, meanwhile, doesn't inspire confidence that they even care about the situation, much less are willing to do anything about it. If you're going to set a parking policy and insist on lecturing me about proper access card usage and parking enforcement for 30 minutes on lease signing, the least you can do is provide the decency of policy enforcement for those of us that care to make living here pleasant for all...

The units and grounds are well maintained overall. The location is great.
The office staff is not at all helpful. We make multiple attempts to better our experience here and never receive any response from the staff or property manager. They are inconsistent with each other and what the website boasts. They do not respond to maintenance issues in a timely or effective manner. We are at times treated like children or liars and the staff makes us want to leave. We have referred many residents and now regret doing so. This complex is always "out to get us" in every respect. The new change in management and staff has been very disappointing and the lack of concern is upsetting. There is no value to the customer service here. We would love to talk to someone further about these issues if we could find some level of management willing to do so.
However, we love our unit itself, and have lived here almost two years now, on multiple leases.

The leasing professional did an excellent job demonstrating the apartment. The community was beautiful and comfortable. I would thoroughly enjoy living at this community.

It was great that the community had a full size washer and dryer in every apartment.
