if I was excited about my move. When I said I was, she said she was excited for me. She told
me I would fit in well in their community. A few times she repeated that I was going to love living in their resort. She really conveyed a genuine desire to help me find the apartment of my dreams which she said was in this community. She talked very easily, naturally and spontaneously with me. She was most friendly, polite and professional at all times. She sold the benefits of both the apartment and amenities of this high end community extremely well. She built her connecting bridge with me very well.

The leasing professional was exceptional in her presentation of the property. She exhibited a genuine understanding of my needs and care to get it right. She developed great rapport and was very conversational. She demonstrates the apartment well and created a sense of excitement to live there. The unit and the grounds and the amenities are all top notch, and this would be a great community to live at.

The amenities are extraordinary and very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.
