My experience at the community was a fabulous one. The curb appeal of the community was stunning. The amenities were top of the line and competitive. The apartment was spacious and gave a great home feel. I was also pleased with the customer service over the phone and in person. Overall, I would recommend the community to others.

This was a fantastic apartment home community. It was extremely well appointed with great floor plans and optional garages.

I was very happy to meet an energetic and friendly leasing professional. The whole experience was awesome and I would highly recommend this community. The amenities were amazing and looked like a resort. The pool was clean and already had a lot of residents in it. I feel the value would be worth the higher price I would be paying.

What a great place to call home! If you are looking for resort style living, this is the place for you. The on-site staff puts all other competition to shame. They listen to your needs and take the time out to make sure it's exactly what you want. This place is absolutely amazing and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

I preferred the one level home. It appeared much more spacious and flowed nicely. In the bi-level, I felt it was too broken up. The agent was very pleasant, attentive and happy to have me call this community my home.

The community had gorgeous apartment homes. The overall community and its amenities were impressive and five star. Many people would love to call the community home.

The apartment community is the best property with the most amenities I have ever seen. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. It would be like living at a resort.

Other than adding a grocery store, I feel there isn't anymore one could ask for in an apartment community.

This property is very complete in what it offers. The property is a resort area with everything you could need for indoor or outdoor entertainment. They even have a bar and restaurant that will deliver to your door or poolside. I would definitely have considered living here.

I had a positive experience at the community. I found it to be a very nice place.

I would still be there today had Green River not raised my rent 9% with no more explanation than " that's what we think we can get for your unit". The units feel cheap: under-insulated, terrible cabinetry, awful counter tops, low end appliances (my dishwasher sounded like a plane taking off), vinyl flooring. However, I felt like everything was well maintained. And along those lines, their maintenance department is very responsive.

I suspect the apartments wouldn't seem so cheap if the amenities and grounds weren't so nice. I really appreciated the pools and gym.

Ultimately, I would recommend the property, but don't get your hopes up too high. After the sales staff gets your signature on the contract, you will merely be a variable in a formula for maximizing their profit.

Just renewed my lease again, so this will be my 3rd year in Blue Ridge. Not sure if it will be my last, but thinking probably so at this point. Overall, the community itself is nice: pools, clubhouse, love the Parkside Cafe, nice landscaping. Disappointed in the Village office staff in the past several months though. I have left several voicemails, about different things, that were never returned. Definitely unacceptable, it's just a phone call, even if you don't have an answer.

Maintenance has always been responsive, which is a really good thing. Plumbing and appliances are old and need frequent repair. For the premium rent, these need to be replaced, not just band-aided. I also didn't appreciate the new trash charge without being able to opt out, especially since it doesn't include weekends.

Like the floor plan, & love my patio. Trying hard to justify it for the price.

My family is in Green River and for the most part we really enjoy it. Have been here for 1 1/2 years now. Love the windows for natural sunlight, but very poor insulation. Our downstairs stays cold. Would be great if the fireplace gave off heat. Instead, we had to purchase a space heater. Maintenance is very responsive to inside problems, we have had several problems with our furnace, but they act fast. On snow days however, they are slow to shovel and clear walkways. Over this past summer, we were very disappointed with the pool area for our village. Lots of ants around the lounge chairs, rats around the BBQ grills. We had people over for a BBQ and at one point opened a grill to start to cook and a rat ran across it! Horrible and embarrassing!! We complained right away but we didn't use the grills again. (It is our understanding that these issues have been addressed. I guess we will see). I also agree with other reviews that I have read that the windows are in need of cleaning. We enjoy the amenities and overall think the grounds are kept well.
