The floor plans are great. I think the rent is higher than surrounding properties and that is what turns folks away.

Even if the apartment is nice, the complex is not very well managed. The problems (front doors, gates, coffee machine, show plowing) arenât promptly taken care of.

I down graded this facility because of the snow removal problem that consistently occurs after storms. It is unacceptable to have to get to my garage on ice and fear of falling!!!!

Great location, great amenities, and great staff. Although the pricing is a bit high, Malbec is still the best value in terms of location and amenities in the area.
The place is ridiculously quiet, the neighbors are respectful, and any concerns are handled promptly. 10/10 would recommend.
