My only recommendation is that I think Malbec needs to have more access for folks with disabilities. I noticed a resident that lives in my building who has a wheel chair who has to wheel himself pretty far distances to find a sidewalk since there isn't one right in front of our building. This is dangerous not only for him but also cars that might hit him on their way in. Please look into adding more sidewalks and paths to the front office. Thanks.

I would not recommend because of the noise factor. The person living above me is extremely loud at odd hours such as 12PM, 1AM-4AM. I have informed the office personnel but the loud noise has not lessen. I have developed poor health because of sleeplessness. I am not sure if I will renew my lease even though Malbec is deal for me because of the proximity to my work.

Parking is not easy. Too many garages and not enough parking spaces.

I would recommend Malbec at Villagio to Friends/Family.
I would make them aware of the "small things". Just because we have small dislikes, doesn't mean it takes away for our living experience-- we love Malbec.
- Smoke detector goes off the majority of the time (just make sure you use the fan and open windows, this decreases the occurrences. However, very sensitive dectors as smart as we go have gas ranges and it makes the apartments safer for all.
- Cabinets are wrapped in cheap material, be careful not to bump them with your feet.
- You can hear your neighbors above you, so recommend people use a running rug to minimize the sound.

I really enjoy living here. Most residents are friendly Love all the scheduled activities and Wine a Wednesday. Katie and Ivan do a terrific job! Wish the activities lasted just a little later and Wine Wednesday was at least twice a month! I miss too many get togethers due to my work schedule.

The leasing agent gave me a good idea as to what the community had to offer. I am very likely to recommend this community to family and friends.

If the power goes out there's no way to get back into your building or your garage to get access to your car.

Neighbors are loud.

Parking is atrocious and the office staff never follows up with you on anything.

Adult community is good. Ammenities are excellent

The community was in a great location. The amenities were very nice and in great shape. The gym was awesome. The apartment was good size with a large patio and a gas stove which was unique. The staff was very knowledgeable and seemed interested in helping me find an apartment that best fit my needs. The rental rate was good for what the property offered.

The overall quality and amenities are the reason

The community presented well. However, I would not have leased based on the leasing agent's presentation. Honestly, I got the sense that they did not care one way or another to have me as a resident and were simply checking off boxes to get through the presentation.

I wouldnt recommend a luxury apartment that lacks basic accommodations such as security, cleanlines, and working order.
