Villa La Paz was a nice community in a great location. The clubhouse was very luxurious and the staff was extremely friendly. The rental rates were the most affordable I had seen in the area and the community was very well kept.

I enjoyed my visit to this community. The agent made the tour enjoyable and fun. She was knowledgeable about the community and area, and made it seem to me like it would be a good fit.

This community was well-maintained, in both "look" and "landscaping." It would be considered a very good bargain for the price, and what it had to offer.

I enjoyed visiting the property but had a higher expectation from a community located in Orange County and Rancho Santa Margarita. The property was off the toll road, which should give it a more exclusive feel. I was impressed that the rental rate was not higher, even though I would have expected washers/dryers in some of the apartments.

I thought the apartments would lease better if they had appliances.
