The leasing professional showed excellent sales abilities. She was pleasant and not pushy whatsoever. The amenities were great and I liked how the apartment I saw was remodeled and upgraded.

I would not lease an apartment at this community because I felt like the leasing agent was not professional and was not prepared. She did not even know the price of the apartment. The community itself was great. But the agent was the reason why I would not lease here.

The community was fantastic. It was clean and had everything a resident would need. The people were great and did an amazing job representing the management company. I would literally live there if I needed to be in an apartment setting.

The community was immaculately maintained and very quiet. It was not gated, which was a negative for me, but the city seemed very safe and pleasant. There was shopping and schools very nearby and it was close to the 241 freeway.

I would rent there. The property appeared well taken care of and clean. The Leasing staff was on it. They were ready to answer the phone. The manager was well informed and still knew how to lease. The presentation was very informative and I was given a great tour.

The personnel were warm and friendly. The pool and spa looked clean. Although one of the barbecues was out of order, there were others available for use. The landscaping seemed to be very well-maintained and attractive. The water feature inside the property was appealing. The kitchen appliances and fixtures throughout the apartment were mediocre. The wood laminate flooring did not look like wood. I also would have expected a walk-in closet in at least one of the bedrooms. I liked the fact that the apartment offered a washer/dryer-hook up and a balcony. The apartment seemed like it might have been a little older. However, I felt as if I could have lived there quite comfortably.

The amenities, especially the clubhouse, were very impressive. It offered lots of space for residents to enjoy and computers with free WiFi. The apartment was a little small but the floor plan made up to it. The leasing consultant was professional and knowledgeable. He was also friendly and did not make me feel rushed.

My visit to the Villa La Paz community and my interactions with the staff were pleasant and very convincing If I were a person looking for a new apartment I would definitely lease here. Not only was the staff great the community is located in a beautiful area and the landscaping is well maintained and debris free.

The customer service I experienced was very commendable. The community was average to appealing overall and well maintained. The floor plan I viewed did feature nice vaulted ceilings and a mountain view. However, it was small and the bathroom was located through the bedroom. The amenities I saw stood out as ordinary.
