The community was nice and well-maintained. The leasing professional was great and the location was in a good place.

Jennifer that toured me was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She knew so much about the surrounding area and pointed out shopping centers and a lake that were walking distance. The grounds and water features were very attractive. It seemed like a very nice community.

The community was immaculately clean and the setting was relaxing with a waterfall running through the community and plenty of lush landscaping. The amenities were appealing as they included on-site laundry, a heated pool, additional two pools with adjacent gyms, barbecue area, clubhouse with computers and free WiFi for residents. There was plenty of parking spaces and garage spaces available to residents and guests.

The community, I was told, was built in 1986 and it showed that it was naturally dated having a small rectangular kitchen separate form the living area. For that reason I was not enthused about living there, but please know the agent was outstanding. She never missed a beat and worked with me in every way to accommodate my needs. She was as upbeat and friendly in person as she was on the phone. She made an immediate good impression. She exhibited product knowledge as she answered questions without hesitation. The agent built personal rapport by telling me she was happy living in the community. She gave me the website so I could go on line anytime and conveniently place the $100.00 hold but emphasized I do it that day. She said she did not want me to miss the opportunity.
