The community was very impressive and like a resort. Anyone would be happy there. It literally had everything and the one month free special was a plus!

I really liked the community and it was one of the better ones in the area. Although it was almost six years old, it seemed much newer than that.

The building was newer and the amenities provided were state of the art and high end. The common areas were all clean and well maintained and the apartments had great features and open layouts. The leasing professional was fantastic and a great salesperson; and the rents were a good value. I would absolutely have leased an apartment at this community.

This was a beautiful, resort-like community in pristine condition. There were a lot of amenities, including a business center, beautiful sparkling pool and spa, a billiards room, and a community room all in tip-top condition. The apartment was clean and spacious with a gourmet kitchen that had granite counter tops and a large granite-topped kitchen island. The one appliance in the kitchen that did not seem to match in style and quality was the refrigerator, which did have an automatic ice maker in the freezer compartment but was otherwise plain and featureless. Both staff members I met were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The leasing professional who gave me a tour made me feel welcome and at home, and appeared to me to be the type of professional who was not only proficient and knowledgeable, but also appeared to be friendly, supportive, and down to earth. The community was in a nice area, close to the freeway, and conveniently located near shopping, fine dining, and entertainment. I felt the lease price was appropriate for the area and what the community had to offer. I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family.

The community had very nice amenities and the upkeep was excellent. All areas were in good condition and appeared very desirable. The model apartment was decorated beautifully and showed how nicely the space could be used. The agent gave a very excellent tour of the community and pointed out my needs would be met. I would absolutely feel comfortable about recommending this community to a friend and would live there myself.
