I liked everything about the property, including the price, the amenities, loved the apartment. The manager was really nice. The leasing agent was underwhelming. If the decision was based on her, it would be a no.

My impression of the staff and the community is an excellent one. This is a community that is well organized and maintained and the staffers are professional and warm. I would love to see them upgrade to salt water in the pool and jacuzze as many other communities have. Other than that, everything seems really great.

I would lease at this community. I saw and felt a connection between the management and the residents. I felt a caring environment, I felt a safe place and someplace that does a lot for their residents. The agent felt like a friend in the end that wanted the best for me.

The community amenities were above average and in good condition. The community was also located in an area with good conveniences. The apartment provided enough space for the average two residents. The price was very fair for what was offered. The leasing agent took her time to verify my needs. She used those needs to show me the apartment and made me feel like it could be a good fit. The leasing agent also provided a nice tour of the community amenities.

In general the community was well maintained and designed. It was well laid out and interspersed with beautiful garden areas with water features, which added a serene feel to the building. I felt comfortable and at peace in the environment.

I am rating the community independently of the service. The service was excellence, and the community was at a B range.

The community was warm and friendly. Every area smelled clean and the pool was very inviting! The consultant loved what she does and treated me and residents she saw with great kindness. I felt like it was a family!

As a customer considering leasing the community, having the washer and dryer on the balcony was a bit odd. Also the computer room needed to be a in a different area with longer hours as most people work during the day.

The community had the look and feel of a resort. The pricing and location were amazing as well.

Thus place is exceptional with very nice amenities. The apartment unit is lovely and the area is great. I would be comfortable living here as the staff seems wonderful, and there is a sense of community. I enjoyed being on the property and loved the design as well as the ease of parking.

The community was wonderfully presented, very well kept and had a lot of amenities I would like. I thought value wise, it was great but it was a bit too expensive. The agent did everything by the book but sometimes I felt she was trying to hard to get everything ticked off. The agent had a lovely, warm personality and did a great job overall.

Nice apartment, great features but a bit pricey. The community was updated and very well kept, in a great area and within walking distance to shopping, dining and other conveniences.
