Beautiful building with every amenities at your finger tips. Gorgeous apartments. Wonderful staff.

The apartment was nice and spacious. The apartment really felt like a home. The leasing consultant was very good and friendly.

The agent gave a very good tour, demonstrated the apartment and community offered everything I was looking for, and was natural and engaging. The community itself had beautiful apartments, nice amenities, and was in a good location. I would have felt confident leasing an apartment at Meridian Place and would recommend it to my friends.

The community was beautiful and located in the heart of Northridge near the large university. They had many amenities such as a clubhouse, business center, pool, spa, fitness center, and a movie theater for the residents to enjoy. The apartments were spacious with washers and dryers on the balcony. There was ample closet space and they offered accent walls for the residents. The location was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would love to call the place home.

Based on my experience and interaction with the leasing professional, I would be very likely to recommend the community. I found the community amenities to be appealing and attractive. The community was clean, and its upkeep was notable in most areas, but a little less so in others. It was noted that carpeting on the staircase leading from the clubroom up to the bistro area on the second level, was in need of a cleaning, and several upholstered counter stools in the downstairs clubroom area had overly-worn upholstery with split seams. The leasing professional was friendly and welcoming, and came across as pleasant. The leasing professional remembered my needs and preferences, and exhibited a level of engagement that was comfortable. The leasing professional's attempt to relate the home to my needs and preferences was customized, and the presentation of the community was admirable. Based on my experience, the thought of calling the community home was comforting. I felt what the property offered in exchange for the rental rate was commendable. I envisioned the quality of life based on the amenities and features offered, as being complete.

I was very impressed with what I saw and the asking price. I was ready to pack my bags and move in the next day.
