The community was well above average in updating and amenities.

I felt I was given an excellent tour and good information. All my questions were answered with no pressure. I felt the community had everything I was looking for and was a very good value. If I was looking to move, I would definitely consider the community.

I thought the agent was very kind and professional. Her expertise in showing apartments was evident. She was not pushy at all. She did not ask for a deposit. Instead, she invited me to come back and see a two bedroom. I felt that showed she was looking for my best interests. The community was beautiful. It was a good value for the size and features being offered. Going through the parking garage made me feel like I was in a maze. It might have been nicer to take a different route.

The building itself was appealing from the outside. The office was adequate and had lots of refreshments. The interiors of the apartment need upgrades and there needs to be a hardwood floor option as most renters look for that these days. The layout of the office is not as customer friendly. It needs to be more "weWork" and less offices that separate customers from agent.

The community was extremely well maintained. Everything looked brand new. The amenities were inviting and very clean and desirable. The apartment, especially the large kitchen, had fantastic features. The agent made it all about me. She asked questions to give her a good idea about why I was moving and what I was looking for. I felt very comfortable with her and would have leased the apartment based on her presentation.

I love the bedroom/kitchen/bathroom/desk nook. I like open floor apartment. The property is on a super busy street but you do not hear the noise from the outside in the building. The rate is a little high but the apartment I saw is well worth it. I would take it in a heart beat if I were in the market for a new home/apartment.

The community had nice amenities in a good location with lots of services, restaurants, shopping etc in the area. It was not too far from CalState Northridge. There were other more modern cutting edge stylish places, but the decor in this community was still very nice and resort like. It would be appealing to those looking for a homey Tuscany style resort style, than a cold ultra modern style. Everything looked clean and well-maintained.
