The staff is amazing. They have all gone out of their way to help me with anything that I need. The actual apartment is cheaply constructed, none of the décor matches, and it really is very low quality construction. Walking 10 minutes to get to your car is a joke.

I would suggest it with a warning of some of the extra costs for the rooms and the fact that the office staff are not really friendly or helpful. However, the apartments are really nice and (even though there are some rules I disagree with) the amenities are very nice.

Community maintenance & commitment to a clean environment are really poor. Trash pick up is weak at best. Grill & pool areas are terribly maintained. Pool furniture is old & dirty. Pools not cleaned regularly. Walkways and hallways inside the community are filthy. Overall commitment to cleanliness is lacking & leadership in this area is obviously lacking & not a priority.

I would recommend for the quality of the apartments and community features (ie, the pool, the gym, etc). I would not recommend for the uncomfortableness of driving in the parking structure due to speeding vehicles and tight turns.

The location and apartment style along with the amenities and personable staff are all very good reasons for me to stay and recommend to anyone looking for a place.

Great job keeping community clean and well-maintained. Apartment interiors are modern and comfortable. We enjoy the fact that the community is a green community. Only issues for us are the internet and the parking lot (residents speeding through the garage).

Staff is attentive, groups well maintained & issues addressed promptly

I am unsatisfied with the trash issue of the vestibules overflowing and getting the shutes clogged up on a weekly basis.

Great apartment features, great maintenance and office staff.

It is the noise generated in front of the office at night by those people visiting the tenants are disrespectful to the other tenants. The loud muscle from the car, excessive chatting, loud engine noise from those sports type cars are some what beyond the control but they can be better patrolled so that tenants can relax and sleep better.

Expense- lack of pool and spa upkeep- rude security people. I do not enjoy supervised pools and don't like to explain myself to use the pool.

I like to recommend this place because I like it a lot. I like the spacious parking spaces, the amenities, the SERVICE of the personnel, the quick response to the maintenance, the quick access to the freeway, stores, airport, and many more. But I would caution them to pick an apartment which is not facing the loading and unloading zones.

I had a very bad experience with the office people. I rented for 9 months with no major issues or concerns. My problem was when I decided to leave the apartment, the girls of the office are domineering, doesn't follow your procedures at MSV. It's frustrating deal with them. Hope this survey moves upper management and do something to this respect.
