Reviews

Looks nice and in a good spot but noise and staff are the worst ever.

on the weekend I am often kept up til 5 am then get 3 hours of of sleep before the guys downstairs wake me up with their music. I am not allowed to say anything about during the day and at night the security cant be found when needed.

The staff's only answer if any is they can move me or I can move.

Poor construction for noise and poor staffing but I have to deal with it for a nice looking location and too busy to move.

The community as a whole was fabulous. I feel the rent may be a bit pricey.

The community is conveniently located in the heart of the city of Irvine, CA. It offers the latest in green technology to the most discerning residents. The facilities are state-of-the art and welcoming to all who visit. I would be proud to call the community my home.

Main street Village is nice, clean, and safe. The leasing team is professional

Main Street Village is clean, safe, and the residents seem friendly. The leasing team are profession. I have lived here for 9 months and Bridget has been my leasing professional throughout the process. She has taken care of whatever I ask..so in other words..the leasing professionals are depenable and courteous. They have a security guard that patrols the area (added bonus). The gym is 24 hours and has great equipment. Overall the interior of the apartments have nice finishes and spacious. The Maintenance team is professional and polite. Overall the community is nice.

A pleasant place to live.

It's great living at MSV. They host many community activities, the complex is clean and the staff is professional.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

This community does not comply with a LEED rating. No charging stations for electric vehicles. Use of incandescent light bulbs. No options for water conservation.
Main Street Village is Orange County's first privately owned rental community with. LEED Silver certification from the U.S Green Building Association. This certification was reached through the achievement of a certain level of point scoring during construction and those initiatives remain place today. The property is evaluating the installation of electric car charging and is deciding which technology to invest in.

Nice place, great management!

Great location, nice place and very convenient. Storage and/or interior space is not the best but the overall feeling you get and the great respect and support from management is amazing! You will be treated with respect and appreciation.

Fabulous

I love everything about Main street Village!!! The Staff is amazing...its perfect here

The leasing professional was friendly.

Living here

to be honest, for this place to be pet friendly you would think they would spray for fleas more often. The fleas here are OUT OF CONTROL. i have never had a problem like this. My poor dogs are infested in fleas and theres nothing that i can do about it until we move out of here.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

Rent is too high for the sq ft some of the apt are.. Friends pay less other areas with same amenities and more sq feet

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

The only reason why I wouldn't "very likely" recommend this apartment community to a friend is that the location isn't family friendly (no parks), however it is great to be so close to the freeway.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

We love that it is always clean and well kept and the variety of activities and amenities offered is great.

I would recommend the customer service, the amenities, location.

When the trash is taken out on Sundays it is extremely loud and disruptive. If there was a way to make it quieter it would improve my living experience a lot.
