Overall MSV is still a great place to live.

The community was attractive and had great eye appeal. The agent was genuine and addressed issues with poise and care. The pricing was equal to the value received. I would be happy living in the community and would refer friends and associates.

I was very impressed by the community and how it looked. The leasing agent was superb. I would definietly recommend the community to others.

The community was much larger than I expected but was beautifully maintained and well designed. I especially loved the garden area, with the option of growing my own fruits and vegetables.

The customer service I experienced was very commendable. The features were state of the art and the community was very conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and a major business community. The floor plan I viewed was small but featured a very nice fully equipped kitchen, in-apartment washer/dryer and ample closet space. The price was reasonable for what you would receive. I would recommend the community.

Use to be great, looking at leaving now.

I would tell people definitely do not live here because of the people in the office

I do not like that you can only bring two guests to the pool

If you guys bring new equipment actually all of them cuz really any work except a couple cardio machine that's it

The only issue I have ever encountered is the parking structure which gets a bit tiresome between the process to get from top to bottom and the hazards of the way people drive through it.

Rent is reasonable for Irvine and community is very nice. Its my opinion that from the 1 bdrms i've seen the spaces weren't utilized well.

It was a very nice community, but I did not see all the amenities. They had nice floor plans and staff.

Noise between units and garage / parking concerns.
Columns and traffic in garage not good
