If I was looking for an apartment, I would consider leasing there. The staff was very professional and helpful. The apartments were nice and the area appeared very quiet.

I was first impressed driving into the community. The landscaping and cleanliness gave me the idea the people there cared. The friendliness of all the leasing staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The staff were completely knowledgeable about the community and answered any and all questions with confidence. I would recommend this community to any friends and family.

I thought that the agent had a wonderful, warm attitude. She demonstrated to me that she loved her job. She was very informative about the community and the apartment community. She was very professional. The community seemed peaceful. I loved the amenities. I loved the garage space. The grounds where really clean.

I was impressed by the rental rate and the quality of the apartment and amenities provided for that rate. I was expecting to find an older property and was more impressed by the older apartment that I was shown. It had new carpeting which gave it great visual appeal and made me think it was the more expensive of the two units I was shown. I was impressed that there were two fitness facilities and washer/dryer connections. The apartment community was clean and quiet and in a good location which were desirable traits for me to want to live there.

I found the property to be appealing the grounds were well maintained. The apartment itself appeared to be new, nothing was dated or showed signs of wear and tear. The blinds were fully functional as well as clean. I really could not find anything negative to say about apartment.

I could see myself living here for a while.

It was difficult to answer some of the questions because the two communities show differently in the quality of the amenities. I would want to rent an apartment in the second phase because of how nice it was compared to the other.

Clean, modern and upgraded apartments with attractive exteriors that look more like houses. Friendly knowledgeable leasing agents that were happy to help find the right place for me. I would have liked more green areas including trees. The noise from the freeway was a little too much.
