Some of the people that are moving in are loud after 8pm and it’s distracting especially when you have to work early in the morning

I thought the staff was very friendly. They answered all my questions and was very informative. The leasing office was kept up very nice, it would have been helpful to have a model to view but I do understand that not every community will have one. I was very impressed by the whole experience.

The Stonegate Apartment community is an apartment community located in south west Fresno. There are two properties in the community, Stonegate I and Stonegate II. The community is located in a part of town that is not quite as desirable as others, The community itself is well kept and attractive. Unfortunately, the community is right next to a major freeway. The freeway billboards are visible from the community. There did not appear to be many neighborhood amenities within a close vicinity. The walkability of the area also seems to rate low. The staff are excellent and the grounds are nicely kept and attractive. The rental price of the units seems to be appropriate for the area and the amenities offered. The only reason I may not recommend this property is due to the location.

The community was a well maintained and pleasant community. The needs of the residents were taken seriously and the apartments were simple but elegant.

The overall tour went smooth. I enjoyed the presentation I was given, and I felt cared for. The leasing professional was well dressed and remained professional. The community was well kept, and I was overall impressed. I would rent based off my visit.

The community amenities struck me as appealing. The upkeep of common areas throughout the property was flawless. The leasing professional came across as talented. The level of engagement by the leasing professional was impressive.

The community was in good condition and centrally located. The amenities were in good condition and ready for use. They had a lot to offer their residents and I would recommend this community.

This was a clean and quiet gated community located just East of Highway 99 off of Ashlan. There were several floor plans to choose from and the apartments came with washer/dryer connections. Amenities included a fitness center, clubhouse, swimming pools and spas, half court basketball court, covered parking and the community was also pet friendly. Staff was accommodating and helpful.

The property could sell itself. I was beautifully landscaped, free of clutter, and centrally located close to shopping. The leasing staff did not make me feel welcomed or like my business was important to them.

Myself, I moved out of Parkside looking for a better place to live. Seems as if Parkside is moving into the complex. Yes I was looking for a difference, to better myself and my surrounding.

I did not see any of the community amenities or an actual apartment.

The external view of this community was truly beautiful, and everything was immaculate.

It was a nice community with trees, landscaping, and a pool. The grounds and buildings were clean and kept up well. The leasing professional I worked with was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. There was a broad range of apartment sizes, styles, and prices to choose from.
