This is a large community with some updating needed.

The community offers a spacious two bedroom apartment that is nicely upgraded to include wood floors and upgraded fixtures. The community offers appealing amenities. The leasing staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall the community looked really beautiful especially considering the side of town its located in. The rents are more than reasonable. They do not have many amenities to offer, but that is reflected in their rent. I felt like the clubhouse, office, gym and pool area are in dire need of updates. The desk I sat with Angelica was very old and the walls were bland with not much décor. They gym equipment was very outdated and looked worn out. Overall, I would definitely give this community a chance.

The community was very appealing to me and my needs. It was very eye catching with the landscaping. I really liked the feel when we drove around, as everyone smiled and said hello to me as I drove with the leasing professional. I saw people leaving the pool area and it was pleasantly quiet. Even though it was in the city area, I loved the fact that it had the comforts and quietness of the country. I loved the floor plans of both communities and the fact that there were two communities to choose from. I can see myself really living there based on affordability. This place was surprisingly affordable, even for my budget. I really enjoyed seeing this community.

The staff is very friendly and helpful here. The grounds are well maintained and clean. I would lease here.

Live the apt but apt 1 can use upgrades in the apt and with amenities

It's the little things that make it unpleasant. Smells like dog pee in some places of your walking. Trash is over filled in dumpsters often. Living under people means your gonna here them from time to Time. I guess I'm just over community living

I could see me and my family living in this community. It was very nice, and well maintained. I loved the townhouse style home, and the extra storage in the Harry Potter closet.

Neighbors are loud and inconsiderate. People constantly smoking weed that you can smell. Not the best area of town.

These are older units, but some are in the process of remodeling.

This community offers one, two and three bedroom apartments. All come with washer and dryer connections and plenty of storage space. Amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool and detached garage parking. This community is also pet friendly. Staff is accommodating and professional.

I love it here. I do wish the rent was a bit cheaper, but as I have found I’m on the cheaper side. Staff here is the best and accommodate for everyone.

I would likely recommend the community. There were not any vacancy which indicated the community was popular and current residents were satisfied.
