The apartment building is geared to younger residents. Older residents need to deal with it.

I would Bc it’s beautiful, I wouldn’t bc of some of the people that live here. Everyone comments on the guy and gal on the second floor who stand out on their balcony and smoke like 40 times a day. They unfortunately are the representation of who lives here.
