The combination of price, location, and style is unbeatable. I enjoy telling others that I get to live in a great apartment in the heart of Phoenix next to art and entertainment.

The community is dirty and the security gates are consistently not working. Guest access codes only work randomly. Gym not in great condition. Spa needs to be resurfaced, corridors are dirty. Landscape crew blows leaves and trash into the security gates.

The carpet in the interior hallway is dirty. Housekeeping is not up to par - too infrequent.

Don’t feel as safe and the hallways aren’t consistently cleaned. And the garage doors are always broke, lack of security and never a refund for lack of safety.

The level of noise heard between apartments along with the negative aspects of being so dog friendly (large breeds allowed on top floor, dog waste on walkways, barking throughout the night) would cause me to not recommend living here. For the monthly rent amount the sound proofing should be better and other tenants who have no regard for neighbors make this an unwelcoming environment at times.

As stated earlier, the community has fallen into a state of disrepair, carpets, trash, broken, barbecue controls and no enforcement of parking rules are the most important concerns.

Well management is nonexistent, I’ve been paying for amenities I couldn’t use for most of the time I’ve lived here, the security systems don’t work at the gates but there’s someone posted to make sure your guest doesn’t enjoy the pool, packages don’t get delivered half the time, and there’s been zero communication or accountability from the management office we have contact withen
