Hindsight being 20/20 I wouldnât have rented hereâwould have been hard to predict the pandemic, but paying so much for amenities I canât use is a colossal waste of money. And itâs really not cool that LMC wonât give tenants a break on rent. Office staff are great though.

I would definitely recommend it based on the amenities and the apartment itself which is excellent.
I might not based on the length of time some things have taken to get fixed. It just adds a risk factor in case something vital or important was broken.

Muse has an amazing staff and makes me feel safe living downtown. Itâs pricey, but you get a lot for your money.

Are used to love living here and wouldâve recommended it to anyone. Now I feel like it is severely overpriced given the direction the cleanliness and maintenance is headed.

While the office staff has been the ultimate amazing during my stay here, I am extremely displeased with the noise level and disruptions Iâve experienced from my upstairs neighbors. Building craftsmanship and inconsiderate residents are to blame, and not a reflection of the kind office staff that does as much as they can to create a caring harmonious environment. I wish the floors werenât so thin, otherwise I wouldnât have such a negative experience to share.

The complex is very well designed; apartment layouts are great. Kitchens are outstanding. The gym, pool and dog park are all great touches.

I donât like to hear âhouse keepingâ each time ladies come to clean the two Airbnbâs next to me and in front of my apartment. It makes me feel like Iâm at a hotel. I travel EXTENSIVELY for work and stay at hotels. The thought of a hotel does not spark joy in me and thatâs become a bummer. It wasnât what I signed up for when I leased here.

Smoking, parking, and moths are the reasons I would not recommend. Quite between apartments, great staff, and enjoy the gym.

The other residents are uniformly polite, friendly, and considerate.

We're working on getting more pool towels but it's getting harder to keep up with individuals that take them home. Stay tuned for more fun development.
