Marquis at Desert Ridge was newer, well cared for and conveniently located. The apartment was open and spacious and the amenities state of the art.

The leasing agent has a personality that makes you feel that she is your friend, although she is a professional. The community and the amenities are exceptional.

Overall I had a wonderful time visiting. The amenities were better than a lot that I have seen. The price is definitely reflective of everything you get with this community. The leasing staff was friendly and competent. The grounds were remarkably clean. I would have no qualms moving in here tomorrow.
