In comparing the comps in the surrounding areas, I'm discovering that I'm paying 400.00 more than other comparable places. When I rented, I received 2 months free which brings the asking price in true alignment.

The price is a little high for options. If the person had to be in a set location I would say go for it but if not, you can probably find something less expensive.

I was only there for fifteen minutes, but what I saw was clean and well kept. It is hard to have an opinion when I was not shown anything. The leasing agent was friendly, but did not offer a tour.

I would only recommend it to someone in their 20s that enjoys community parties at the pool every weekend. On second thought, even partiers would prefer respectful neighbors.

We would like to remedy this for you. We also have Courtesy patrol here that you can call if you are having issues after 10pm whether it is your neighbor playing music or noise at the pool.

I wouldn't because the apartment is way too high. There's nothing to this community offers to justify the price. Even with events. It's just like every other apartment/Condos out there nothing special about this place.

I have been here for almost 2 years. I came from a 2 bedroom into a 1 bedroom. Overall, my experience has been more good than bad. The one thing I am not happy about is our amenities closing at 10 everyday. I have done a lot of searching to see what is out there and all places are open until midnight, and mostly 24 hours. That is kind of a bummer. Individuals should be caught and punished on their own behavior and the entire community should not be punished for others mistakes. I do think for what we pay and our location that is one thing that should be considered.

Even when we close at 10pm, we continue to have problems and we need to be respectful of the residents living around the pool. The staff is great and the apartments are really nice. One problem I have is that people let their dogs poop outside my window at building 4. I live in 1033. I have identified the people who do it and mentioned it to staff. I want to see something done about it. My dog goes to the poop station by the parking lot. Why do these people get away with this? Put up a sign on the fence by my place or something. I am going to start taking pictures of these people. They should be fined. Every time I open my blinds I see a poop field

Well maintained, beautiful and functional pool and health club facility, great club house with amenities. My apartment is a little small for my needs but I do not want to increase my monthly cost.
