Very well maintained. Always feel safe

I will recommend for the amenities, pool, gym and sorounding areas is so convenient for shopping.
But noise of doors and loud neighbors are a totally no for my to recommend.

The community and staff were very professional. It was designed in a resort-style, yet was cozy. The buildings provided a village feel and the pool area was very inviting. The apartments were designed spaciously with upgraded features. Some apartment hardware could be improved, like the shower heads and faucets. The attention to detail was done with weathered steel on the outside.

Internet is the most valuable thing in this era. If I can't have reliable internet, I'm not going to live in that location. Also, customer service is incredibly important, and when the front office makes me feel belittled when I need help, that's NOT service.

Water pressure in kitchen and bathroom is low.

The maintenance crew is very disresptful and start cutting and trimming tread at 6:45 every morning so you won't be able to rest.

I was not happy that my air filter was not changed when I moved in, it was disgusting... I voiced my concern to the manager and she didn’t care. Cleanliness and the fact that I breathed in someone else’s filth for so long would make me not recommend this complex.

I would recommend this apartment community because the landscape and amenities are well maintained and beautiful. The apartment is tasteful and affordable. And everyone I’ve had the pleasure of enteracting with is professional and kind.

I am tired of u not addressing my water billing concerns u should address my concerns

The leasing professional was enthusiastic and friendly. She was able to find the perfect apartment for me. The amenities were top notch and the community was beautiful and well maintained.

We hope they will not price us out of the apartment before we are ready to move back out state.

Buildings are nicely decorated but cheaply made. I can hear every step the neighbors above me take along with their dog. I have apartment lived before and never experienced the “ambiance” that has come with the apartment I am currently living in. I was told “there are certain noises I would need to live with” which I think is unacceptable.

The community was located in a great shopping area and was like a cruise ship without water.

The community does a poor job of policing animal waste. This is mostly the fault of residents being irresponsible. Management would be will within it's right to crack down on violators.

I would not recommend this community because the people living there were not neighborly whatsoever. I want to live somewhere where I feel comfortable with the people who live near me.
