I would recommend the community, especially if working in the neighborhood. The amenities are clean, well-maintained, plenty and modern. Their fitness center has state of the art machines. Their pool is resort-like. Their clubhouse is inviting. Their floor plans are large. The landscaping is well kept. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. It's a beautiful property.

Extra fees for utilities need to be revamp according to meter usage not # of occupies. Residents have no way of knowing rather they are being cheated or not. Ridiculous! Also, roach infestation should be attended to as needed to assure that it does not travel from unit to unit.

I am very disappointed to hear that our pest control services have not yielded good results for you and that you are still experiencing roaches inside your apartment. Are these the small German cockroaches or the large wood roaches from outdoors? I would like to discuss an action plan with our exterminator and get a clear understanding why you are still seeing roaches in your home.

In response to the utilities, when we acquired the property this year, we had to grandfather in the utility billing process of the previous management company. We found that the individual meters on the buildings are not equipped with readers to transmit usage to the respective utility companies. Unfortunately, without these readers, individual usage is not possible. We are in the beginning stages of determining if Georgia Power can assist us with this request.

There could be more done to keep the grounds within the community clean. The stairs and sidewalks need routine pressure washing. All the tenants should be held to a standard for keeping the balconies neat and clutter free. For example, no hanging clothes or other loose garments from the rails of the balconies that is not considered patio or outdoor furnishings.
Thank you for your valuable feedback. I apologize that the cleanliness of our grounds and walkways are below your expectation. I have visited with our service team and they will be performing a detailed clean up around the buildings/grounds. We have also contracted a company to pressure wash the walkways, this will be complete within the next two weeks. I am happy to send a friendly reminder about the community rules as it relates to maintaining neat and tidy balconies.
