In the 8 years I have resided in this community I have referred 6 residents. What seem to have been for me has not been a perfect fit for others.

Too expensive and no security.
Thank you so much for your review of our community. I'm so sorry if we have failed to properly communicate all of the members of our team. We do have an on-site Courtesy Officer that is a Georgia State Patrol. He lives on-site and is available to serve our customer's needs daily. This apartment community features being near a major street, expressway and entertainment complex. It also is around several strip malls and restaurants and a large mall. For it to be near a busy street, the interior is very quiet and residential based with it's sprawling campus generously lined with trees.

I would not recommend this community for concerns of safety. There are constant problems with the back gate. That is probably the reason why we get constant flyers in our doors from local businesses.
Thank you so much for reviewing our community. We're so glad to report that we've replaced our back gate which should eliminate businesses from getting in to solicit. If there is anything else we can do to improve your stay with us, please stop by the office or give us a call.
