I recommended several families to the neighborhood, they didn't rent due to the lack of customer service in answering calls and not returning messages.

I arrived at the office earlier than my appointment. Even so, the agent greeted me warmly and welcomed me. She reviewed the information from the call. She showed me the two floor plans she had that met my apartment needs and I selected one. We took the golf cart to the apartment and for a tour of the community. While in the apartment she led the tour and asked how I liked the apartment. Once back in the office, she asked if I was ready to complete an application and then if I wanted her to hold the only apartment she had. She sincerely thanked me for visiting and said she hoped to hear from me soon.

This is a very nice complex, the only issue that I would say would deter me from recommending this complex is the fact that the utility bill is shared with your building. I am out of time quite a lot on business and I know that I do not use half of the electricity that I am being charged for. When I first moved in, I don't think it was much of an issue, but now that I am traveling more it kind of leaves a bad taste in my mouth every month.

I certaintly understand your concerns regarding the utility billing at our community. While the utilities do fluxuate monthly, they are billed according to the square feet of your home and the number of occupants that reside in your home.

Good news! We are working with our meter reading company to install individual electric meters for the homes, however, this is a very slow moving process. We also want to ensure there will be some savings on the new residential rate you would pay versus the commercial rate you are currently paying.

The location is convenient, but tucked away off the main road. The apartments have nice features and spacious rooms. The surroundings are covered with lush greenery and nice amenities. The staff members are extra kind, well versed and professional.

Positives- outdoor areas are kept looking very nice, the office staff is the best, when we are in our apartment we don't usually hear our neighbors through the walls, that's nice
Negative-front gate, when you call the office I can never reach the people that are in our office, I get forwarded to corporate/answering service, sometimes I just want to talk to someone that actually working in the community I live in, it's frustrating.?
