Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator
This was a well kept property in a lovely neighborhood, with a beautiful park near by.
good but could be better
This is a nice place to live, however, the people around me let their dogs bark from the time they get home from work. Tonight same thing happening that has been going on some time. Dogs started barking about five o'clock and it is now almost eight and no relief in sight. Kind of sorry that I signed my lease again. Dogs are all over the place and a lot of people do not take care of their dogs ..

This was a very nice community and I would love to rent there if I could afford the rent. I loved the area and that it was in the middle of a very nice neighborhood. They had a lot of nice features and I really liked that they were willing to upgrade the apartment for me prior to move in.
Location is great
Apt is ok small for the price but location is good. The bad thing is a lot of people don't pick up after there dogs, it's great that its pet friendly but I hate that you can't really walk around and enjoy the grounds because there's poop everywhere!
Thanks for your comment! We love pets as well, and have the same feeling when people don't pick up after their pets. We do have a full time maintenance staff, and one of their tasks is to make the grounds immaculate. We'll address this with everyone today! Again, thanks for your comments.

The leasing professional was an exceptional agent. She was knowledgeable, friendly and optimistic and genuinely portrayed concern for me.

The bedrooms in a two bedroom are pretty small, but would fit a queen bed and one night stand. There is a small walk-in closet in the master suite; however, this takes space away from the room, so it is actually smaller than the second bedroom. There is a wood burning fireplace in the upstairs apartments, which makes it very nice for those cold winter nights. The amenities of the community are pretty upscale. There is a 5 acre park with picnic tables, play area and sandy volleyball court. The community is located in a desirable neighborhood and is tucked back away from noisy traffic.

I enjoyed the tour and the model was nice looking. The Leasing Professional was pleasant and friendly. I was never told of all the things around the community that would be convenient to me besides Woodward Park. Overall, if I was looking for a place to live, I would consider living at Park Ridge Apartments.
