It was a lovely community set on large acreage with a ton of amenities. There were several floor plans to choose from and all apartments had washer/dryers inside. Conveniently located close to Woodward Park and Riverpark, it was a terrific location also close to freeway 41. The community was pet friendly and staff was accommodating and friendly. It was a terrific option for anyone looking for a new home.

It's a decent complex, especially the grounds which are always well maintained but the interiors don't match the outside.
Hi Kelly! We are sorry your apartment is not as updated as you like. The flooring upgrade seems to be the one upgrade you are missing in your home! We offer the flooring upgrade as a premium and in house transfers are always possible, after a minimum of 6 months of residency. If this is something you may be interested in the future please feel free to let us know! We try to keep the property as updated as possible. If there is anything we can do to improve on for our future score please let us know and we will definitely work towards improvement.

I would recommend the community. The rental rate was fair in accordance with the amenities and quality of the apartment offered.

I would highly consider leasing at the community because of the convenience to the Woodward Park. The property also had all the must have amenities such as the park, playground, tennis court, sand volleyball court, barbecue grills and picnic area, a pool and fitness center.

As a real customer, I felt that she was very quick to point out the upgraded apartment. I wondered why the new units available were not going to be upgraded before being leased. The parking lot appeared to be very small, and extra parking for guests seemed to be slim. The park and the tennis courts were a nice touch, but not enough that I would want to rent there.

I answered the questions based on the presentation, the community has a lot more to offer than what was displayed to me. The park is a big selling point and I would have liked to see it.
