The grounds are nice, the units (especially the updated units) are cozy and presentable. I've had less than satisfactory experiences when I've been promised privacy screens (still don't have them), repaired appliances, and other little things that have been left undone after my requests. Sometimes things are handled quickly and efficiently, and at other times thingd are left to be desired.

Management is Amazing. Love the light of all the big windows,
and the quality of materials and appliances in the apartment, the faux wood vinyl flooring a big plus. Friendly safe community. Tiffani in the office, makes all the difference in the world. She’s wonderful, and deserves a raise! :-). She’s so kind, smart and helpful. I Love all the trees and the park, the pool facilities, package room. The trees here make it very special to be here, along with the windows and patios.

I recommend this apt complex because of its location, access to the park, and car parking is manageable most days. I'm critical of the type of washers provided, the higher rate I pay for water and electricity compared to Lakeside, and the fact that the trash receptacle for pet excrement is frequently overflowing.

The community was an lovely older apartment community. The community maintains a modern look but has the old growth redwood and pine trees that provide shade and beautiful landscape. There was ample shopping areas near the community to choose from. The community showed pride of the tenants and the employees. The staff was very professional and personable and responds to tenants needs in 24 hours or less.

The community was nice and the grounds looked well kept and free of debris. The leasing agent did an adequate job of offering information since she did not have an apartment to show at that time.
