Managers really help us out! We are 3 years new to Spokane and I can always get directions from Sheila or Jack. Very kind & professional Managers. They helped Maggie with her car when it kept stalling and gave the name of a great mechanic to use. We love the grounds, pool and it's so close to every thing we need.
I have read a few bad reviews on Sheila that couldn't be more wrong. Must be someone got charged for obvious cleaning or damages. Everyone likes to blame managers for not doing their job. When it's the renter who either didn't clean well or didn't read their rules at move in. I read the slanderous comment about Sheila coming on to a tenant and she wrote that another tenant told her it was true. I know this tenant and she was a housekeeper at Moran Prairie asst. Living. She was a surly, mean tenant and lied to my face about my husband coming on to her....he laughed when he heard it. Mark & I have seen Sheila at the movies, or out at restaurants, from time to time w/ her boyfriend. I can't imagine her "coming on"
to this tenant ..what a joke! She is kind, and very professional. I think she is the best manager.
We're visiting Seattle right now so I have time to comment on my apt living..
We are buying a home next summer but will hate to move! We really like Sheila and Jack....ask any one at the apartments. They are super kind and caring. They do want us to be comfortable and go out of their way to show that. Even have seen them here or next door working on their days off.
The cost of these apts and the courtesy of the Managers is what drew us in because we can save while living here. You get a lot for what you pay.
