Management at this apartment is terrible. Thrive took over in 2014, raised rents about 30% as if this is Greenlake or Queen Anne. The location is terrible, there are no amenities (there are they just don't work, aren't open or are in horrific shape), and most of all the management team is inept. Stay away.
