no air flow in apt - 8th floor is a constant 90 degrees. with an ac hookup (one of the few, as many do not) I i leave my ac on 24/7 and can get it down to no less that 76.

I love it here. The rent is a little too much. Also there is no AC or ports on my side of the building. The way the windows are, no air comes in and itâs always hot, even in the winter. Also when the smoke comes, itâs too hot to close the windows and thatâs dangerous. However, itâs a beautiful place, the staff is wonderful, itâs clean, quiet, and maintenance Is great.

The location is alright, parking is expensive-I would expect it to be lower since weâre not in a downtown location or high demand parking area.

Everything is under construction and we canât use anything we pay extra for. The leasing staff takes several days to answer an email and when they do answer the response is vague and unhelpful.

The apartment building is great, it's just the neighborhood isn't super vibrant so not much is within walking distance.
